_{Do I need to pay a deposit when I pick up the campervan?}

_Yes!

_{When the vehicle is handed over, you will have to pay a deposit of 900 € by credit card.
Please note that you cannot pay the deposit with a Maestro card or in cash.
By paying an insurance fee for the "Easy Riding Insurance" you can reduce the amount of the deposit/excess to 600 €. Find more information about responsibility and insurance here.}

• _{A driving licence}

_{To rent a campervan, the renter / driver must be 25 years old and have been in possession of a valid European driving licence (Class B or Class III) for at least 2 years. If you have a non-European driving licence, you must apply for an International Driving Licence in advance in your home country.}

• _{a passport or European identity card}

• _{a registration certificate, such as an electricity or phone-bill}

• _{a credit card with enough coverage to pay the deposit during the handover of the campervan.}

_{Do you propose special cancellation conditions during the COVID-19 crises?}

<sub>Even though travelling by campervan is one of the safest modes of transport and travel, are you still hesitating to book your next holiday?

We offer FREE cancellation up to 48 hours* before the pick-up of the van in the event of increased health restrictions due to the COVID-19 crisis. Your down payment or the full amount shall be immediately credited in the form of a credit note for a further rental, valid for the period of 12 months.</sub>

_{ACTIVANS is located in Spain on the Costa Brava, more precisely close to the bay of Roses.
An ideal location or starting point for your motorhome-adventure.

_{Yes, of course !
We are happy to deliver the van to airports, trainstations and even other adresses.}

_{The following rates include delivery and return. As longer you rent as cheaper it gets.}
 

_{At what time is the pickup and return of the campervan planned ?}

_{You can pick up and return the camper from Monday to Sunday.}

_{Your campervan handover will take place between 12:00-14:00 p.m.
Please be aware that the time we need for handover is around 45-60 minutes.}

_{Is it possible to get the campervan earlier?}

_{Yes, we propose an “Early Check-in” from 09:00 a.m. for €50.00.}

_{You may return the van between 08:00 and 11:00 a.m. after your last night.}

_{Is it possible to bring back the campervan later?}

_{Yes, we do recommend an “Late Check-Out”until 6 p.m. for €50.00.}

_{In which condition do I have to bring back the campervan?}

_{The campervan should be returned with a}

• _{full tank of fuel.}

_Furthermore,

• _{the grey water tank should be emptied}

• _{the toilet should also have been emptied and cleaned.}

_{Please also make sure to bring back the van clean inside and outside, and we won't charge any cleaning fees.

_{Yes - it is free of charge.}

_{If you arrive with your own car, you are welcome to park it free of charge during your trip on the ACTIVANS premises where the check-in and check-out will take place. The parking is closed but not covered. Please note that ACTIVANS do not assume any responsibility for vehicles and their contents left on our site.}
