How does it work ?
Useful information about the pack 30 x 30
►What is the offer of the 30 x 30 pack?
- With the 30 x 30 pack the rental of a motorhome is 30% cheaper than the standard rate because the 30 days are purchased in advance and can be used within 15 months!
► When do I have to do the payment?
The full rental price for the 30 days has to be paid in advance, but it is not necessary to book all the individual stays in advance!
► When can I use the rental ?
Except during high season at Easter and from 07.07.-15.09.2024, you can choose your rental days at your convenience.
► How do I use the 30 days?
You can use them all in one go or split it into various shorter travels of minimum 4 nights.
► Are there any restrictions on the mileage?
No, you can travel without worrying about mileage every time you use your rentals. The number of kilometres is unlimited for each stay (the Easy Riding insurance is included.)
► What does the service fee cover?
The service feeis our fixed fee for the set-up of the vehicle for your rental. It costs €50 per hire. In the event that you split the rental package into more than one trip, please note that you will receive a 50% discount on the service fee from the 2nd rental onwards.
► What is the pick-up and return time of the campervan?
We work on a nightly basis. Pick up times are from 12:00pm and return times are until 11:00am in the morning.
► Can I bring my dog with me?
Of course you can. We charge €12/night for dogs. You can find all the detailed information about travelling with a dog in a motorhome here.
► Is it possible to hire sports equipment?
Yes, you will also have access to all of our offers for the rental of sports equipment. Check out all the information about renting surfboards, stand up paddle, windsurf- and kitesurfing stuff & bicycles here.
► Can I bring my own bicycles?
Yes, you can. We provide a bike rack inside the campervan to secure your bikes at no extra cost. Have a look at all the information about bike storage in the campervan here.
Things to know
► It is not possible to change the category of the camper. Please make your decision upfront!
► The 30 x 30 package is personal and non-transferable. However, you are free to change the people travelling with you if you go for several short-trips.
► Winter trips to the snow (mountains) are not permitted as our campervans are not equipped for this.
► It is advisable to book in advance and changes can be made up to 7 days in advance, subject to availability.
► Any unused days of hire will expire 15 months after the first day of hire.
► We can calculate the total price according to the nightly rate, i.e. if you wish to extend your trip from 30 days to 40 days.
► As we do not charge a cleaning fee, as with all rentals you must return the camper clean and in accordance with the return protocol which we will leave in the camper. This is a bit of a time commitment and should be taken into account.
