Long-Term Motorhome Hire in Spain – Pack 30x30 Rental Deal

The 30 x 30 Pack provides a 30% discount on motorhome rentals compared to standard rates during low season. By pre-purchasing 30 nights, you gain the flexibility to use them within a 15-month period.

50% of the total rental amount is due at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. The remaining 50% must be paid no later than 14 days before the start of your first rental period.

The Pack 30 x 30 is available only during the low season periods.
You can choose your rental nights within the following dates:

• 14.02 to 26.03.2026

• 13.04 to 19.06.2026

• 21.09 to 20.11.2026

Please note that we take a short winter break: Activans will be closed from November 24th, 2025 to February 13th, 2026.

You have the option to use all 30 nights consecutively or divide them into multiple shorter trips, with each trip requiring a minimum stay of 4 nights.

No, each rental includes unlimited mileage, allowing you to travel without restrictions throughout Europe. The Easy Riding insurance is included to ensure peace of mind during your journey.

The €50,00 service fee is charged per rental to cover vehicle preparation. If you split your 30-night package into multiple trips, a 50% discount on the service fee applies from the second rental onward.

• An extensive briefing on the use of the camper van of about 60 minutes (more time should be planned if you also rent sports equipment).

• Europe-wide fully comprehensive campervan insurance.

• Europe-wide emergency service/ breakdown service—around the clock.

• Ozone treatment in the camper to thoroughly disinfect it, neutralize odours, eliminate bacteria, virus, fungi, germs at the molecular level.

• Sufficient biodegradable toilet additive from solbio for the duration of your trip.

• Gas bottle (s).

• Full checks of engine oil and tyre pressures.

• Fresh water-, windscreen wiper fluid- and diesel- & AdBlue tank fully filled.

Rentals operate on a nightly basis, with pick-up available from 10:00 AM and returns due by 10:00 AM on the final day of your rental period.
For added flexibility, we offer a late check-out option: for an additional 60,00 €, you can extend your return time until 6:00 PM on the last day. This allows you to enjoy extra hours with the campervan before concluding your trip.

No, it's not possible to change the campervan category after booking. Please ensure you select your preferred category before confirming your reservation.

The 30 x 30 package for Rv rentals is personal and non-transferable. However, you may change your travel companions when embarking on multiple trips.

No, winter trips to snowy mountain regions are not permitted, as our campervans are not equipped for such conditions.
Please note that Activans is closed from November 20th, 2026, to February 28th, 2027.

We recommend booking in advance. Changes can be made up to 7 days before your motorhome rental start date, subject to availability.

Yes, any unused rental days will expire 15 months after the first day of hire.

Yes, you can extend your rental beyond 30 days. We can calculate the total price based on the nightly rate; for example, extending from 30 to 40 days.

At Activans, we do not charge a mandatory cleaning fee. We kindly ask that you return the campervan in the same clean and tidy condition as when you received it.

Before returning the campervan, please adhere to the following guidelines to ensure a smooth and efficient process:​

Essential Tasks:

• Empty and Clean the Toilet Cassette: Thoroughly empty and rinse the toilet cassette to maintain hygiene standards.​

• Drain the Grey Water Tank: Ensure the grey water tank is completely emptied to prevent odours and maintain the vehicle's condition.​

• Refuel the Vehicle: Return the campervan with a full tank of fuel. Conveniently, there's a Full Energy petrol station located directly at Activans for refuelling.​

• Clean the Interior: Wipe down all surfaces, including the fridge, cooker, and work surfaces, to ensure the interior is clean and ready for the next user.​

• Remove Personal Belongings and Rubbish: Take all personal items and dispose of any rubbish to leave the campervan tidy.​
