We hope you had a good time and enjoyed your Activans campervan-trip.
At this point we would like to explain the procedure for returning your rented motorhome.
Please read the following checklist carefully to ensure a smooth return of your van.
As mentioned during the handover, the campervan must be returned with a full tank of fuel, the toilet emptied (and cleaned) and the grey water tank emptied.
No cleaning fee will be charged if you return the campervan in a clean and tidy condition. If you don't have time to do this, you can return the campervan swept clean, and we will carry out a full interior and exterior cleaning for a cleaning fee.
1. The essential part
Place
Please follow this Google Maps link to get back to the ACTIVANS premises.
Time
The standard return time of your camper is between 08:00 am and 10:00 am.
Fuel
Please fill up directly at Activans at the Full Energy petrol station.
2. Cleaning
No cleaning fee will be charged if you return the campervan in a clean condition. If you don't have time to do this, you can return the campervan swept clean, and we will take care of a full interior and exterior cleaning for a cleaning fee of 95 €.
Option 1 : return the camper clean
If you return the camper clean, no cleaning fee will be charged. We truly appreciate receiving campers in great condition!
Option 2: Return the camper with a cleaning fee
If you don’t have time to clean it, you can return the camper light clean. We will take care of the complete interior and exterior cleaning for a fee of €95.
3. Next step - Meet us again
We are excited to see you again after your trip and hear all about your experience.
► Please remember to inform us if anything is broken, lost, or damaged in the vehicle when you return the camper.
► Then we sign the return protocol together. We also note the mileage.
As soon as possible, we will begin the final cleaning, inspect for any damage, and verify that the inventory is complete.
Refund of deposit
Deposits are typically refunded by credit card within 1-2 days after the campervan has been returned, provided it is returned on time, clean, and without defects. In the event of damage or missing items, the refund may take longer as we need to obtain an estimate.
